As our Digital Graphic Designer, you will create, manage, and produce on-brand digital design solutions for several different channels.

To be the link between the brand team, performance marketing, and product design, we are looking for someone who can combine design skills with specific performance knowledge (individual channel requirements, performance metrics, campaign lifecycle, etc.) to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from those departments and create the most suitable designs for every scenario and deliver a unified user experience.

In this role, you’re expected to fuse creativity and functionality to produce distinctive and informative content that aligns with the company’s overall aesthetic. Organization and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.

So, what can you expect to work on?
  • You design assets for website and landing pages, product visuals, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and other digital creatives.
  • You manage and produce on–brand digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning for different channels.
  • You ensure consistency in designs and content across all digital platforms.
  • You have the ability to work and think in cross-functional teams, and social media channels to ensure all visuals are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
  • You translate product positioning, research, and digital marketing strategies into effective designs, campaigns and product launches.
What you offer us:
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field.
  • 4+ experience in graphic / digital design.
  • Fluent in English (languages such as German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch are a plus).
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products, Photoshop and Illustrator in particular.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and how to leverage from it.
  • Talent to work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management & ability to work under tight, fixed deadlines.
  • Ability to handle several stakeholders in collaborative work.
