Our SupplyOn team, made up of many colorful personalities, is growing in terms of new topics, people and development opportunities. In order to be able to drive new initiatives together, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) - Aerospace to join our team. You will be responsible for maximize the value for customers and SupplyOn through solutions adoption and use by ensuring that the customers deploy and use all of the services under contract, as well as supporting upselling initiatives.

Your responsibilities as Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) - Aerospace

  • You are responsible for ensuring customer turnover within the portfolio and effective positioning of the specific SupplyOn solution offering
  • You will define and be responsible for the implementation of a business plan to support key business objectives and milestones
  • As Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) you orchestrate the daily management of the accounts assigned to you
  • You will also support the implementation of account development strategies and expansion plans to ensure profitable growth
  • You will lead customer development meetings to help clients create a customer roadmap and optimise solutions and their usage
  • You orchestrate operational problem management and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and proactive risk mitigation
  • You work across disciplines with consulting, product management, operations and finance to best support your customers
  • You achieve or exceed revenue and usage targets, including solution adoption, usage and revenue growth

What makes you stand out as Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) - Aerospace

  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics or computer science
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an account manager / sales / consultant in IT / supply chain and/or consulting
  • You have very good knowledge in the area of supply chain management, especially in processes such as supplier logistics and quality, strategic purchasing and procurement
  • You have experience in the aerospace industry and/or in discrete manufacturing
  • You are business fluent in German and fluent in English and may have additional language skills in French

How we get to know each other:
We would like to get to know you comprehensively and therefore 2 to 3 introductory meetings with your future colleagues will take place. For these meetings we use telephone and video conferences and can thus guarantee a speedy process. At least one of these interviews will usually take place on site in our office.
