Job Description

Your contribution

Our customers are to be found in universities, in the field of automation technology, research, and development, maintenance of industrial plants, and building thermography. The demands on service and sales are correspondingly wide-ranging and thus on the CSR (customer service representative) to be a competent contact partner for these customers and their requirements in administrative processing.

The CSR is the first contact person for these customers on the phone to support them with service questions and to relieve the service manager in the administrative area. The CSR is in regular contact directly with our European subsidiaries. The corporate language is English.

Your job in plain text

  • The CSR is responsible for the complete administrative processing of service cases and plans and independently arranges the necessary procedures in the D/A/CH, Benelux, Poland, Slovakia, Czechoslovakia, and Romania regions

  • The tasks mostly involve the initial contact with the customer in the event of a service, the scheduling of repairs in the service process, and the organization of the transport of the goods to the service in Germany and back to the customer, including the customs processes that are sometimes required

  • Ordering spare parts from subsidiaries in Europe and the USA is also part of the job, as well as recording and carrying out order processing in SAP (modules SD, MM, and FI)

  • Producing quotes for customer opportunities and actively maintaining all quotes and opportunities within the company’s CRM database

To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have

  • Conscientious and committed to dealing with customers

  • Reliable and able to work independently

  • Flexible towards new tasks

  • Comfortable with all MS products (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Organizational talent

  • SAP (modules SD, MM, and FI) is a strong advantage

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
