Summary
For the area "Configuration Management" we are looking for a "Configuration Manager (f/m/d)" at the location Taufkirchen as soon as possible.

The "Configuration Management" area is responsible for implementing the requirements of standards and projects with regard to product variant, configuration and data management.
Your Tasks
  • Planning, processing, coordination and tracking of activities regarding product variant and configuration management
  • Planning, processing and implementation of internal and external changes
  • Creation of product structures as well as definition and management of product variants in coordination with development and program
  • Definition and specification of interfaces (internal & external)
  • Collaboration with different departments (design / development, project management, logistics, production)
  • Formation of baselines and creation of technical data packages
  • Ensuring the cross-site application of the configuration process
  • Participation in reviews and audits
  • Creation of evaluations and status presentations
  • Collaboration in internal and external international project teams
Your Profile
  • Completed studies in the field of business, engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering or similar
  • Extensive experience in working in project teams with development and manufacturing advantageous
  • Experience in KM / QM or comparable activity advantageous
  • Knowledge of aerospace (procedures and standards) and software development advantageous
  • Accurate, careful and precise way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and to compromise, but also assertiveness and initiative
  • Ability to make presentations to international customers and partners
  • Negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal / external)
  • Ability and social skills to introduce or implement process specifications
  • Willingness to commit to confidentiality
  • Good English skills
