Our newly formed PPS team will be a cross-functional team focused on processes and performance improvementrelated topics. It will be crucial for creating best practices and gaining insights for Area Germany & Central Europe, especially in major hubs such as a QSC.

Working across departments will enable to identify the root cause of a problem and define effective measures to increase efficiency and create synergies.

For our location in Hamburg we are looking for a

Business Analyst (m/f/d) Processes and Performance Support

• Drive and manage process improvement and automation initiatives across all functions in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze the performance of business processes and their KPIs
• Process analysis and identification of optimization potentials
• Identification and evaluation of automation and bundling potentials
• Tracking and Monitoring the successful implementation of improvement and automation initiatives
• Supporting the successful implementation of cross-functional projects and their prioritization
• Manage and monitor the alignment of the organization to standard blueprint and related processes
• Conduct business process training and enable sharing of process knowledge across the organization
• Strengthen and coordinate the local SuperUser network
• Support SOP creation and cross-functional tasks such as ICCL coordination

• Expertise in process optimization (e.g. certification in Six Sigma desirable) and in process mining and modeling
• Extensive know-how in at least one operational function
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive and solution-oriented work style
• Enjoys developing and implementing new concepts
• Outgoing personality with good communication and moderation skills
• Ability to present even complex issues in a recipient-oriented manner
• Empathic, reliable and motivated team player
• Willingness to travel (depending on feasibility and travel restrictions)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
