MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent relevant experience

• 3+ years of project management, business analysis or other related experience

• Knowledge of databases and data structures corresponding to business processes

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• First experience with SQL, and Object Orientated Programming

• Proven ability to overcome obstacles and get results

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Ability to travel within Europe

Your tasks

• Support Users / Resolve Basic Issues

  • Assists the team in establishing priority for open IT issues

  • Escalates user concerns to management in a timely fashion for resolution support

  
  

• Analyze data and processes to streamline business and improve productivity

  • Supports change management through user testing and documentation

  • Supports IT projects by identifying potential difficulties escalating appropriately

  • Supports the business in retrieving and understanding data structures

  • Initiates, recommends and provides solutions through designated channels

  
  

• Communicate/Coordinate (minor changes)
  • Supports completion of deliverables and conducts phase and gate reviews
  • Acts as a point of communication between IT and other departments
  • Coordinates and maintains communications with design and operations team for IT project
