Aufgaben

  • Introduce and support the Setup of our BI function
  • You use data to identify patterns and use them to make forecasts for the future
  • Design, develop and optimize our data and reporting landscape incl. Visualization
  • Monitor and improve our tracking set-up incl. DataLayer, GTM, GA
  • Analyze and optimize performance of our main online marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google, CRM & Influencer Marketing) to derive actionable insights for the marketing team to improve our marketing performance (customer acquisition and retention)
  • Work closely with CEOs to establish specific goals and strategies, define processes and frameworks
Qualifikation

  • You have gained working experience in the BI space
  • You have a university degree, preferably with a strong quantitative background – e.g. Business, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a social science with a highly quantitative profile
  • You have a strong business sense and possess strong and analytical and visual thinking skills, with the ability to identify business questions, pain points and opportunities
  • You have experience in all common web analytics tools and tag managers
  • You have experience with the Facebook Business Manager
  • You may have previously successfully set-up the data infrastructure and reporting of a scale-up (preferably with BigQuery)
  • You constantly are looking for ways to improve and optimize processes
  • You have good communication skills and can clearly express and delegate tasks, strategies and general requirements
  • You are a team player and are constantly trying to achieve success for the company as a whole
