We do project for well known public sector Company, having huge cooperation experience with them our software developer are working inside of the whole lifecycle. This includes all phases from the first business analysis over conceptual work and software design then following Java development and at the end the testing of the software application including integration into the environment.
We are creating solutions to build patterns inside of the customer environment. Our software developer are working on these self learning systems to identify patterns and to build a big AI solution.
We are using high end big data analysis software to create business value for the customer. We are integrating these COTS packages into the customer environments and are able to provide answers to the most important customer questions.
We are analyzing the business processes and identify potentials for digitalization. We create afterwards concepts for digitalization of these processes. Then these processes will be implemented by our software developers.
Responsibilities
Support with the introduction of a service catalog and with the development of standardized SLAs
The aim of the project is to position the IT department of the customers as a professional service provider through:
1. Definition and design of a service portfolio / catalog (including definition of SLAs)
2. Implementation in the ITSM system
3. Build an organizational unit responsible for service portfolios / Catalog and SLA Governance will be responsible
Skills
Must have
- Design of a service portfolio / catalog (what is a service, types, categories, structure, attributes, etc.)
- Recording / description of services offered by IT (including definition of service owner)
- Implementation of the service catalog in the ITSM tool (Matrix 42) and mapping of the services.
- Design of a service level agreement model (types of SLAs, levels, targets, etc.)
- Agreement on SLAs for all IT services, including sing-off by customers
- Implementation of the SLAs in the ITSM tool (Matrix 42) including reporting / monitoring (dashboards)
- Structure of an organizational unit ("Service Catalog Management") with the tasks:
- Service portfolio / catalog management
- SLA management: definition, agreement, implementation and control of SLAs
- Experience in managing IT Projects in medium to large organizations
- Good knowledge and experience in the fields of: design and Implementation of IT service catalogs, web shops, SLAs, ITSM Systems
- Good knowledge in the areas of IT service management, ITIL, ITSM tools
- Good knowledge of developing SLAs and blueprints
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to work independently: from setting goals to for the delivery of deliverables
