Ihre Aufgaben
  • You act on behalf of Airbus Programme Cabin Quality to support the Aircraft Cabin projects E2E from early stage through development up to industrialization and handover to the serial production.
  • You lead the deployment of the APQP framework onto the project.
  • You configure the project in the Airbus tool: product building blocks.
  • You plan the APQP: lead the decision tree / applicability matrix and quality plan timing.
  • You share on the Project progress: monitor and drumbeat the key business deliverables assessment, detect and escalate risks.
  • You ensure Airbus cabin development projects quality.
  • You support the early definition of the project framework.
  • You prepare the project milestones (e.g. maturity gates, design reviews together with the project leader and the entire multi-functional team). 
Ihr Profil
  • Completed university degree such as bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration with focus von Quality Management or related field.
  • 2+ years working experience in Quality Management.
  • Previous experience with Airbus, ideally in Quality, Cabin or Systems Development.
  • Experience in the End to End Product development.
  • Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German.
