The IFCN – Dairy Research Network – is an internationally operating research company, cooperating with researchers from around 100 countries and serving another network of over 100 companies in the global dairy chain.

What will be your tasks?

• Dairy farm and market analysis and output creation
• Participation in international consulting projects
• Working with public and private sector clients
• Desk research & data modelling
• Field data collection and international travel may be required
• Presentation of results
• Project Management
• Support of the global farm data collection:
• Data collection, validation, development of databases and analytical models
• Communication and cooperation with research partners

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture/dairy science, agricultural economics / sciences or any other related study
• Knowledge of different dairy production systems around the world
  Ideally, practical working experience on dairy farms in different countries
• Knowledge in agricultural economics (both at farm and sector level)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint including advanced functions
• High level of logical / analytical thinking and self-organization in your work
• Team player and intercultural competence
• Good command/good working knowledge of English (our main language)

• Knowledge of the agricultural / dairy market will be seen as an asset
