Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create channel strategies and video ideas for clients
  • Manage client communication and provide guidance for video recording
  • Manage teams for thumbnail design and scriptwriting
  • Analyze channel data and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay updated on YouTube trends and opportunities
  • Provide feedback to clients and improve channel performance

Qualifications:

  • Experience in YouTube strategy and channel growth
  • Dedication and commitment to the role
  • Ability to work long and additional hours when necessary
  • Strong organizational skills and stress tolerance
  • Open availability and fast communication
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ideally, some knowledge of business and education
  • Must be able to work on a full time set up 30-40h/week
