Responsibilities

Make an impact

  • You will support and coordinate all learning programs, including the Global Trainee program and Leadership development programs
  • Your key responsibilities include planning and administering training throughout the Globe
  • In addition, you are responsible for data collection, analysis and reports of training
  • Additionally, you will organize courses in line with the agreed plans via our system, booking venues and external learning partners for agreed courses
  • In your role you will support our research for global training provider to expand our catalogue
  • You handle inquiries and communication related to training
  • Actively contribute your ideas and suggestions – and follow them up

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

  • You are a enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of economics with a focus on human resources or a similar field of study. You are available for 15-20 hours per week
  • You will attain good communication skills, be fluent in English language and have strong knowledge of MS office applications
  • As an organizational talent, you enjoy mastering new tasks on a daily basis
  • Your work ethik is independent and proactiv
  • You have a strong detail oriented personality
  • Moreover you enjoy working in a global team
