Chemovator is the business incubator of BASF. We provide a protected space to build commercial ventures from unconventional ideas. Our Venture Teams take full ownership of their idea, creatively explore their business, learn fast and pivot beyond corporate boundaries.

Short Intro
 Do you want to experience the world of startup in a corporate? You are looking for diverse tasks, an open and flexible environment were your creative ideas are appreciated and a unique opportunity to learn more about entrepreneurship? Then Chemovator is just the right spot for you!
We are looking for a student to concentrate on all topics coming up in our HR department like recruiting, employer branding and operational things. You will directly report to and support the HR Incubation Manager.

What you can expect from the role
 You should be highly motivated, eager to bring in own ideas, creativity and explore unconventional solutions.
  • Create job postings and manage multiple career platforms
  • Organize the overall application process
  • Build a Chemovator student community
  • Support the onboarding of new employees
  • Support daily HR operation tasks and office management

Qualifications & Competencies
  • Enrolled student in applied studies like economics, business administration or communication with the focus on HR
  • The world of recruiting shouldn’t be completely new to you
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Great communication skills
  • Creative, innovative and flexible hands on mentality
  • Open and willing for new unconventional ideas
  • First HR experience as an intern or working student in the relevant fields is a great bonus
