As part of the Finance & Operations team, you will support us on various key initiatives and projects in the area of finance. Working directly with our CFO Dag, you will have the rare and unusual opportunity to be directly engaged with a broad range of topics and develop a steep learning curve.
- Designing and implementing a consolidated financial reporting for the group (local GAAP/HGB, management reporting, shareholders, banks etc.) using LucaNet
- Upgrading the existing KPI reporting; harmonizing and/or matching the data sources used ("single-source-of-truth") with each other (including accounting, Salesforce, Excel, etc.)
- Professionalizing the existing contract database with a focus on financial reporting and turnover-related KPIs
- Documenting and recording key business processes in accounting in preparation for the external audit (e.g. "accounting guidelines")
- Additionally, other topics according to need, interest and experience
Requirements
We have given a lot of thought to the requirements that must be met for this position. In any case, this is what you should bring with you:
- You are a native German speaker with excellent English skills.
- You have very good Excel skills
- You have a strong affinity for finance
- You bring along the willingness to learn how to comprehensively work with Excel and other tools to design reporting packages, analyze data and build financial models
