The EMEA Corporate Client Banking and Specialized Industries team (CCBSI) in Europe is part of the Commercial Bank (CB) at JPMorgan Chase and focuses solely on European Headquartered companies with global operations.
An opportunity exists to join the DACH team of J.P. Morgan’s Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries (CCBSI) franchise as a Working Student, supporting the Treasury Management Officers (TMO) based in Frankfurt. CCBSI team is responsible for the overall relationship management and day-to-day banking requirements of mid-market companies headquartered in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). Traditional corporate banking products and services include: Treasury Services (cash management, liquidity), trade finance, commercial lending, foreign exchange and investment banking services.

Currently we are looking for highly motivated working students to make part of our CCBSI team in Germany. Our team members and mentors will help you navigate the firm and continue to learn about our businesses. Access to senior management and a strong network of peers will promote ongoing professional development (19 h/week during the semester, full-time during breaks).
Genuine curiosity about the Corporate Client Banking world is the starting point. We’re looking for adaptable, accurate, enthusiastic students who thrive under pressure and in a team. There’s no set degree for Treasury Management Officers; but a demonstrated interest in finance, treasury and cash management is advantageous.
Job Responsibilities:
You’ll make an impact by:
- Assisting TMOs on client proposals including Treasury solutions, cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models, etc.
- Helping with internal memos, for example senior management briefings, decision committee material
- Understand clients’ Treasury cash management structure and objectives, and coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions to meet clients’ needs
- Understand competitors’ products and positioning with the client & market
- Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research
- Coordinate with client service and implementation; provide day to day oversight of implementations and client change requests
- Work with TMOs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately
- Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up, accurate pricing/billing
Required qualification, capabilities and skills
- Exceptional analytical, research and project management skills
- Familiarity with business fundamentals

- A collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work on a team
- The confidence and initiative to take on early responsibility and manage your own projects
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and German
