Project Management, Planning and Execution-
  • Partner in Defining Strategic Development, Collaboration and Management of the projects to drive the Wholesales business with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items and KPI´s, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved members and stakeholders to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, problems, and solutions.

Space Management, Planning and Execution

  • Own the planning and execution of new SIS and remodels, refreshes, POS in line with the Whls space strategy and building the timelines and budgets.
  • End to end project management from design to construction management
  • Layout Design to Execution: Roll-out Space Planning to in line with a standardized department store model for every location in line with gold, silver and bronze execution
  • Manage account approvals for implementation and submit design work to accounts and negotiate with them to maintain our design integrity for all design projects for key focal locations and deals for approvals.
  • Setting and Tracking budgets from planning to actuals quarterly
  • Setting and Tracking Project Schedule from Estimated to Actual
-Develop, plan and roll out new whls POS materials in collaboration with - Marketing and BX to create impact during our campaigns with our whls partners
Overall Deliverables; Own, Define, track and report KPI’s of each project Travel requirement: 30% across cluster Key partners: Sales, Mps, BX, Merch, Finance, Marketing, Planning
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Over 6+ years of proven background in retail / whls design/planning (apparel retail preferred)
  • Must work well with a cross functional team and have familiarity with visual merchandising, sales, marketing, operations, real estate, procurement,
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, strong follow-up skills are required.
  • Negotiation and managing up to internal and external partners a must.
  • Must be a team player and collaborator. We are looking for someone who is energetic, takes initiative, has a point of view, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello Functional Competencies:
