Market Job Description


This role is responsible for supporting the Inventory Finance sales team from a process management, project management, and systems perspective. This role will be called upon to perform a variety of tasks such as creating custom reports for internal and external parties, process improvement initiatives, and other sales projects. This individual will frequently interact with other business functions.

Responsibilities

include: Helping the sales team to deliver on customer/vendor service level agreements by creating custom dashboards/metrics for external vendor and dealer partners/customers. Provide, on an ad-hoc basis, custom reports for cross-functional teams using the business operating system. Continuously monitoring systems supporting the sales organization to ensure they meet the needs of the sales team. Lead special projects as needed and requested with the goal of enhancing efficiency and continuously improving our sales capabilities and customer service models.
