Your mission
  • You monitor our sales pipeline and conversion rates
  • You lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales representatives to create, implement and ensure that our sales initiatives productivity goals are met across various marketing functions
  • You create the marketing plan and strategy in line with our overall business objectives
  • You manage the annual marketing budget to drive our growth and monitor the utilisation across all marketing channels
  • You use data and analytics for decision making and to measure our marketing success
  • You will work directly with the CEO
Your profile
  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in hiring and managing sales teams, especially field sales teams
  • You already worked in either management consulting, investment banking, or a fast paced startup with a solid track record of success
  • You are customer centric and know how to achieve customer loyalty with your branding understanding
  • You are a team player who wants to create a positive work atmosphere and have outstanding people management skills
  • You are highly analytical and are comfortable working with numerical data to measure performance levels
  • You have a hands on mentality and a drive towards ambitious goals
  • You are fluent in German and English (C1 level)
