We are looking for vacation employees (f/m/d) to work in the commercial area in our company with e.g. the following tasks:

• Administrative processing of personnel and remuneration-related topics
• Support with applicant communication and applicant screening
• Support in solving customer inquiries

Your weekly working hours are 39h.

What we offer:

• We offer you flexible working hours from 06:00 to 20:00 (with flexitime system) and, if necessary, the possibility of mobile working (e.g. home office) after consultation with your manager.
• We offer light-flooded open-plan offices with forward-looking workplace concepts such as desk sharing and height-adjustable desks.

You are a pupil or student or you are in the transitional period between school and studies/training/secondary school or federal voluntary service/voluntary military service. You are already 18 years old, have good German language skills and it is possible for you to work in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 (minimum assignment 4 weeks).

You bring the following qualifications:

• PC skills: MS Office, Outlook if necessary
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
• Ability to work independently
• Quick comprehension
• Flexibility
• High level of commitment
• Experience in the commercial field desirable
