Um den Strombedarf in der industriellen Fertigung intelligenter erzeugen und verteilen zu können, sind Hybrid-Batterie Lösungen sinnvoll. Die Unternehmensgruppe hat solche Lösungen mit Hilfe KI-basierter Software Steuerungen entwickelt und ermöglicht so eine nachhaltige Stromversorgung und eine signifikante CO2 Emissionsreduktion.

Entscheidend für diese Lösung ist die Softwaresteuerung mit integriertem Energiemanagement – die konstant weiterentwickelt werden soll und auf diese Weise weitere Optimierungen dieser nachhaltigen und innovativen Lösung ermöglicht.

Tasks:

  • Solve complex design problems
  • Work with user centric methods in a collaborative design process
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, product owners, engineers, and others
  • Work with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
  • Understand and analyze the user, competitors, and the customer from a design perspective
  • Define a logical structure for the product and use visual elements to enhance the experience
  • Independent research for creative ideas and verification of their feasibility
  • Create usable and engaging User Interfaces
  • Generation of ideas for the new concepts and support of the implementation
  • Translate design concepts into functional prototypes
  • Develop, present, and test design concepts
  • Ensure consistency and accessibility


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent (graphic or communication design, or similar)
  • Professional experience in the online area (app, iOS and Android, desktop and mobile), ideally in an agency, consulting or for digital platforms
  • Well-rounded, user-centered design portfolio
  • Curious and eager to learn and grow
  • Great interest in current web design and digital topics as well as a confident use of typography, colors and shapes
  • Fluency in English (German and other languages are a plus)
  • Sharp eye for details and excellent analytical skills and a quick grasp of the situation
  • Knowledge of the credit system and, above all, a keen interest in financial topics are a plus
  • Experience with the latest design tools (Figma, Adobe, …)
