• Planning, researching, and creating user assistance products which include documentation such as context-sensitive help, user guides, application help and others for cloud deliveries
• Defining terminology that is simple, consistent, and conforms to industry standards
• Ensuring that the UA deliverables are of high quality, adhere to standards and guidelines, and are written in appropriate style and tone for product and audience according to target group and target market
• Proofreading and editing content for usability, readability, and linguistic correctness

What You Bring

• (Master) university degree in technical communication or translation or language-based university degree
• Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English
• Great communication skills with other team members and openess to participate in knowledge transfers
• The ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Willingness to acquire extensive product knowledge and learn new skills at short notice.
• Great interest in relevant industry and technology trends
• Experience in writing technical documentation is a plus
