Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales & marketing projects in conjunction with top management and operative project teams (e.g. customer segmentation, pricing strategy, cross-selling campaigns)
  • Manage customer relations and actively develop and acquire new projects (e.g. scoping, offer preparation, and project planning)
  • Coach and support junior colleagues during project work and their individual professional development in our unique organizational set-up
  • Support the development of new digital tools and solutions (e.g. dynamic pricing models, cross-selling recommender)
  • Become a “thought leader” and actively engage in the external marketing of our sales & marketing solutions towards our customers and partners

Your profile

  • Studies in the field of sales, marketing, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Passion for customer-focused digitalization, sales, and marketing
  • Experience in managing complex projects
  • Ability to confidently interact with top management and operative colleagues
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills
  • Good command of CRM systems and analytics solutions (e.g. MS Dynamics, PowerBI)
  • First experience in the conceptualization and development of e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ideally knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. scrum, design thinking)
