Trainer (gn) for Cloud Solution / Training & Certification Manager (gn)

The role:
- Enhance, develop, implement, coordinate, and conduct various global training programs (including contributing to the onboarding of new starters)
- Creation of training and personal development plan for sales and consultant roles
- Planning and coordination of deep-dive and enablement trainings (e.g. product and soft skills related)
- Ownership and development of MTWO certification process and execution of certifications
- Monitor and measure quality and effectiveness of all training programs while overseeing, planning, coordinating and communicating improvement efforts
- Administer training to local users by developing, planning, scheduling and delivering training programs based on the needs of the local markets
- Ensure that training programs are effective by developing and administering feedback and training evaluations
- Improve training documentation, courses and assessments by utilizing feedback from local users and new releases/enhancements.
- Ensure that training documentation and reference materials are consistent and updated by creating material in a consistent document format in conjunction with RIB Software and by testing and improving training documentation to meet training requirements
- Facilitating the use of process mapping and improvement tools and techniques while mentoring others
- Proactively report on the status of current issues, success, training needs into the Global Business Owner
- Define and create communication about the training roadmap globally
- Act as the ‘go-to-person’ for all training and certification needs
What we need to see from you:
- Experience of working within a global organization across regional teams and multiple topics in parallel
- Experience in developing training plans, coordinate and delivery of training (materials) onsite or in person
- A high degree of proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Professional writing and verbal communication skills
- A strong personality comfortable dealing with diverse individuals in unique and often novel situations, with a strong focus on value to the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, high desire to learn and keep pace with fast changing Practice
- International Travel is required
- Ability to teach and present professionally and effectively
- Fluent English is a must-have
- Additional language skills would be useful
