You will support the check of parachevement documentation (Work oders), including the following:

Check if the parachevement documentation is in accordance with the process (First Check)
Check and attest the correct filling of the template (Primary Pre-Check)
If Primary Pre-Check fails take action as requested and give information to partners and suppliers that the parachevement has been refused
Hand over the relevant documents to the department concerned
You will participate at the Section Handover meeting at the Airbus site for aircraft entry in FAL
Support the handling of traceability disruption in the MES.
- Create MES disruption for traceability of issues
- Check subject matter of traceability issue and decide for actions
- Clarify disruption with responsible department at Airbus
- And/or clarify disruption by email with the partner

Profil, expérience, formation

Completed technical training (at least a certified technician) or finished studies in Engineering, Aviation Engineering or as a Business Engineer (at least a bachelor- degree)
At least 2 years of professional experience in Airbus environment
Familiar with Manufacturing Engineering
Good knowledge in Non-Conformities-Management
Familiar with the following tools: SAP, Google Suite; Tandem, Skywise
Good English- and German-skills
Soft-Skills: Accurate, Team-player, structured
Willingness to work in shift (2-shift-system)
