Salesforce Industries are growing exponentially. We are looking to expand our Customer Success team by hiring talented and enthusiastic Technical Architects.

Salesforce Industries’ goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems. Our architects play a key role in determining the optimal use of the Salesforce Industry product in the customer environment.

Your responsibility will be to align the customer’s business requirements to the native Salesforce Industries’ functionality and to construct a development plan that will deliver the desired solution.

You will use the knowledge of the core business processes and best practices in the customer’s industry - and you’ll enhance that by acquiring an understanding of the specific business drivers for their program.

A collaborative and empathetic relationship with the business stakeholders will be central to your role. Your commitment to their success should never be in doubt.

You’ll be working side-by-side with other architects, typically in Agile scrum teams, helping them convert the business requirements into technical deliverables and verifying the acceptance criteria.

You will be a key channel back to the Salesforce Industries product management team as they look to drive innovation and improvements into future product releases.

Experience
  • You’ll have 5+ years experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques
  • You enjoy taking things apart and excel at highly technical topics
  • You have hands-on working experience with Salesforce architecture and implementations
  • You’ll have a proven track record of successful customer project implementations
  • You will have project experience in at least one of the following: Energy & Utilities, Communications, Media, Insurance, Financial Industry
  • You’ll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground
  • This is a customer-facing role. You will be proactive and service-oriented. You’ll have good communication skills and be comfortable with delivering functional demos
  • You’ll have the will to help us take our company to the next level
Technical Skills
  • You are a technology superstar, fluent in current Cloud/SaaS technologies like Salesforce, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • You are super-skilled in Apex. Fluency in Java or C++ is a plus.
  • You understand technical integrations and have ideally had exposure to MuleSoft, Apigee, TIBCO, or similar
Desired Certifications / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Agile / Scrum / SAFe certification
