As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be a crucial part of the team’s success, involved in qualifying our hiring partner’s needs by identifying the key skills and experiences they value. You’ll be empowered to develop new and innovative ways of locating and engaging candidates while striving to advance our diversity and engagement initiatives.
- You own the end-to-end recruiting process from conducting comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Identify talent through creative sourcing channels (e.g., social networking, internet research, regular networking at events).
- You support your stakeholders to streamline processes, ensure an amazing candidate experience and make the best hiring decisions.
- You proactively identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose creative solutions with the support of your team.
- Work with other members of the recruiting team to track goals, metrics, and performance of the team.
- Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment. Experience in Tech and Product recruitment specifically is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time.
- Effective stakeholder management skills and experience in creating lasting relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to drive/favor active sourcing techniques such as creating Boolean search strings, x-ray searching, and social sourcing.
- Knowledge of the European tech market.
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written) as well as German. Proficiency in French would be a big plus.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Passion for Sports and Tech is very welcome :)
