As a Tech Lead (m/w/d) you will take a hands-on approach to provide guidance to our engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our engineering team can work and delivers best in class software. You are coming to a company with a young but strong engineering team and you will make sure that our team develops to the next level. Doing that you will make sure we digitise a sector which didn’t get disrupted yet!

Tasks

• lead and mentor our amazing engineering team
• ensure a well working communication with other departments of our company
• responsible for strategic alignment of our engineering team together with our CTO
• turn product requirements into technical solutions and improve the product we have
• write testable, scalable code in Typescript, VueJS or Flutter connected via GraphQL API
• find new techologies to solve upcoming challenges
  

Requirements

• degree in computer science or a related field
• proven track record as a technical team leader and rock solid experience in software development
• you are a good mentor and coach
• you can communicate exceptionally well and speak english fluently
• Ability to break down abstract problems into concrete solutions
• Ability to identify and componentize common abstractions
• passion for technology and always researching new ways to make everyday life better
• strong sense of ownership for making the life of our customers better
