About the role
In this exciting position you will take over the leadership of our local HR Operations team while providing hands-on support on operational HR topics.
What you will do
  • Lead the team of our local HR and payroll specialists
  • Be the main contact person for global compensation & benefits colleagues
  • Be the contact person for our international HR Centers of Excellence and adaption of global policies into local processes
  • Provide support and advice for employees and managers for all operations related HR topics
  • Actively liaise with the workers council to find profound solutions regarding local policies and regulations
  • Drive digitalization and automation of local HR processes and tools
  • Support change management initiatives
  • Create process supporting tools in MS Excel and MS Access and generate reports for process control from Workday and SAP
  • Cooperate closely with HR Managers, HRBPs and Labor Relations Manager
  • Steer internal HR controlling activities
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management studies, preferably with focus on HR Management
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience, depending on your educational credentials
  • Initial leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools required
  • Experience with SAP and Talent Management Systems (Workday, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong multi-tasking skills
  • Operationally efficient, strategically credible and working as a highly competent, trustworthy individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both oral and written
