Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Partner with our hiring managers, HR Manager and the hiring teams in our digital area to effectively develop clear and successful hiring strategies, while setting clear expectations with a strong understanding of broader business needs
  • Together with your team, you will take our digital area to the next level and thus make a major contribution to the company’s success.
  • Ensure candidates have the best recruiting experience possible by optimizing processes and suggesting improvements, e.g. optimization of the recruiting system (SAP SuccessFactors), reporting, optimization of the application process in terms of candidate experience
  • Provide reliable reports on the progress of your work to the management and relevant stakeholder
  • Build and maintain a substantial network of great talent through market research and continuous relationship management and strengthen our company brand
  • Leverage existing tech talent acquisition channels and explore new sourcing opportunities
  • Ensure candidates have the best recruiting experience possible by optimizing processes and suggesting improvements according to candidates feedback

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or similar field and 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital recruitment in an international company
  • You have the ability to build effective and cooperative relationships on all levels with a proactive and solution-oriented personality with confidence and skills to communicate on senior management level
  • Highly organized, a structured way of working and the talent to inspire people
  • Strong influencing, negotiation skills and solid ability to differentiate between various digital profiles
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
