Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implementation and test of embedded software components for brake system control units according to ISO 26262 in the high-level language ’C’
  • Analysis, writing and linking of software requirements
  • Care and maintenance of existing software components with regard to quality (e.g. Misra, unit test)
  • Coordination of the required specifications with other departments and the automotive manufacturers/customers
  • Collaboration in software and project teams in an international environment

Required Skills (Technical Competency):
  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering/communications engineering, mechatronics or comparable studies with relevant professional experience in the development of embedded
  • Good knowledge of the programming language ’C’ with software design (e.g. UML, Rhapsody, Misra, Polyspace)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Teamwork
  • German and English language skills

Nice to have:
  • Development experience in the automotive sector (also in an international environment)
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR standards and the related tool chains tool chains
  • Knowledge of the relevant standards (ISO26262, Automotive SPICE) and Knowledge of their practical application
