You have excellent supply chain management skills and good technical understanding sourcing and manufacturing custom electronics and PCBs? You have experience in accounting and a structured and self managed way of working? You love to work in a team of open minded people to professionalize our supply chain and procurement of custom electronics? You have experience in handling PCB assembly orders and sourcing their relevant components and have industry knowledge to support our engineers already while designing PCBs with manufacturing in mind? You are not afraid to integrate new supply chain flows in our ERP system and are a good communicator able to manage our growing network of suppliers?
In this role you will work in a wide range of different tasks in our growing purchasing & procurement team. You will be the interface between suppliers, development and quality, and coordinate procurement activities from prototypes to serial production and will help us to scale, automise and professionalize our purchasing and supply chain team.
You will work on:
- Supply chain - and supplier management
- Managing the production of custom PCBs, electrical components and custom cables
- Supporting to professionalize and automize our procurement processes
- Integrating new workflows in our ERP system
- Accounting and inventory management
You have:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in purchasing, supply chain management or similar
- A good understanding of electronics and their manufacturing methods
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier manager skills, equally focused on value for money, product quality and time to market
- A structured, self managed way of working and good negotiation skills
- Experience with common ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and ideally German
- Fun working in a start-up environment and a hands on mentality
