Your tasks:

Business Development:

  • You will liaise with external service providers to negotiate Service Level Agreements, ensuring they consistently meet our standards
  • Working in tandem with the Sourcing Team, you will facilitate the onboarding of third-party suppliers in line with internal Governance requirements
  • You will support the development and implementation of new Commercial Banking products in the European market
  • As a member of the international Incubator team, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing enhancement of business processes and procedures
  • You will show strong initiative and analytical capability to understand business needs, assessing feasibility, and estimating development efforts

Business Operations:

  • You will forge robust business relationships with service suppliers and serve as the primary contact during regular operational meetings, effectively representing our interests
  • You will act as controller to guarantee that the agreed operational Service Agreements, processes and procedures are kept.
  • You will conduct regular risk assessment activities of new and existing outsourcing relationships
  • You evaluate existing processes and procedures for relevance and compliance, identifying potential improvements, and aiding in the design and implementation of new processes and procedures

Your knowledge/experience

  • Educated to bachelor degree level and thorough understanding of banking processes and operations
  • Experience in managing (supplier) relations within a professional environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in written English
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships; engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Ability to tackle complex challenges head-on and are comfortable adhering to stringent deadlines
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Applications (eg. Excel, Powerpoint and Visio), JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in the commercial banking sector is a plus
