Your Role
  • Become a team member of the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations
  • Be an integral part of the Automotive and Metals Division and support a business that is providing our customers with outstanding system solutions, a comprehensive technology portfolio, and specialized technical services
  • Be the key facilitator and change agent to drive strategy, governance, tools and processes within the global Product & Technology Management (PTM) across our three Strategic Business Units: Automotive OEM, Automotive Components and Metals and be accountable for delivering assigned projects and tasks
  • Conceptualize and establish the PTM transformation towards an optimized business impact, progress monitoring and appropriate communication
  • Professionalize and standardize the product portfolio and technology steering approaches and required data concepts
  • Steer and coordinate global initiatives in close collaboration with the Automotive & Metals PTM team and the strategic business units
  • Ensure alignment on key topics and best practice sharing across all regions
  • Optimize management dashboard solutions and ensure measurable progress as well as transparency on key initiatives within Automotive & Metals
  • Drive and maintain an optimal collaboration model (e.g. workshops, meetings, SharePoints) within the PTM organization, support global exchange and harmonization of practices, processes and tools

YOUR SKILLS
  • Excellent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar (MBA preferred)
  • Min. 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in B2B, preferably in strategic business process areas as for example product-, technology management or operations
  • Experience in at least one of our target industries: Automotive or Metal preferred
  • Proven track record in project management, change projects, analytical and/or digital knowledge
  • Strong sense of business ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic thinking
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing international project teams
  • Digital affinity
  • Dynamic, highly motivated team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
