Then support us as a Program Manager – Software/AI at the TUM Venture Labs in Heilbronn - the launch pad for future startup teams in Deeptech in Heilbronn, in close collaboration with the deeptech ecosystem in Munich (www.tum-venture-labs.de)! It is our mission to build high-class support for scalable, successful startup teams, offering support from the early discovery phase across successful scaling of the business. Your mission

• Establish offerings of TUM Venture Labs in Heilbronn for talent and startup education at the intersection of entrepreneurship and Software/AI: Your primary goal will be to cultivate a rich, supportive ecosystem for tech entrepreneurship in Heilbronn. This involves creating educational programs for talents and startups and promoting our offerings to attract highpotential individuals and startups.
• Collaborate closely with the appliedAI initiative, Campus Founders and other stakeholders to develop offerings: You will work together with the appliedAI initiative (www.appliedai.de), Campus Founders (www.campusfounders.de) and other partners to brainstorm, design, and roll out innovative programs and offerings. This involves understanding the needs of tech startups in the field of Software and AI to develop capabilities meeting these needs
• Promote the growth of the venture lab ecosystem, including outreach to potential partners and stakeholders: In addition to establishing educational offerings, you will also focus on building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, which enable us to establish our offerings to startup teams. This could involve presenting our work to potential partners, investors or cooperations.
• Actively participate in strategic planning and development of entrepreneurial initiatives: As part of the TUM Venture Labs team, you will play a significant role in strategic planning. This means contributing to decision-making, developing project plans, setting goals, and measuring the success of our initiatives. You’ll help ensure that our actions align with our mission and contribute to the growth and success of TUM Venture Labs.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical focus (e.g. computer science, software engineering, AI, mathematics, physics, industrial engineering) coupled with high social competence and teamwork abilities.
• Enthusiasm or experience in tech startups, specifically in Software and AI paired with a handson mentality and the ability to work self-reliantly on new topics.
• A high level of goal orientation with the ability to coordinate and lead complex projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent German skills, to communicate confident with internal and external organizations across hierarchies.
• Motivation to get to know and shape the emerging startup region of Heilbronn and to work with a team and stakeholders at the campus in Heilbronn on site.
