Solar Engineer

Your tasks：

Responsible for assisting foreign colleagues in communicating with the home office and their problem support.

Responsible for the technical support of European products. Quick response and fast resolution of customer needs.

Accompany sales on customer visits and provide technical support when necessary.

Guide installers in the installation, monitoring, maintenance etc. of products.

Collation and translation of technical documentation. Summary of product and service information from competitors and feedback to head office for improvement.

Customer training: Training of dealers, installers on products and warranty processes.

Requirements for appointment：

Electrical and electronic engineering and related disciplines. Experience in electrical and electronic work is an advantage.

Fluent in English as a working language. Knowledge of Chinese is preferred.

Excellent knowledge of Office Word, Office Excel and other Office software.

Independent, goal-oriented and responsible way of working. Good task planning and execution skills.
