YOUR TEAMWe’re building one unified tech stack for best-in-class automated driving and parking systems and ADAS technology. Developing our solutions for the biggest vehicle fleet on the market, we’re making mobility safer and creating a new level of driving comfort.

What You Will Do
  • Design and implementation of state-of-the-art algorithms and software modules for situation analysis for automated driving systems
  • Evaluation of algorithms and refinement of promising approaches towards concepts ready for series production
  • Architectural design and software module specification
  • Integration and test of software modules in our simulation environment and test vehicles
  • Technical exchange with worldwide experts in adjacent departments e.g. environment perception and vehicle control and within the Volkswagen Group
Who You Are
  • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology or comparable course of study
  • Very good programming skills in modern C++
  • Several years (3+) of professional experience or PhD in the field of robotics, automated driving or advanced driver assistance systems
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Object tracking, sensor data fusion, road scene understanding, map matching
  • Experience in the development of safety critical and real-time systems is a plus
  • High level of self-initiative, excellent communication skills, self-management and team orientation
