Job Description
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Service Review, Erstellung von Analysen, Berichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung des Budgets in seinem Arbeitsumfeld
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für übergreifende IT Infrastruktur, Telekom und Security Systeme
- Erkennung von Verbesserungspotentialen sowie die Prüfung der Umsetzbarkeit
- Planung von Projekten im IT Bereich in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und der Fachabteilung
- Organisation und Protokollierung von Projektmeetings
- Erstellung von Projektreportings
- Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben
Candidate profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium
- Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich (komplexen und verteilten IT- WAN, LAN, Telekommunikation -Systemen, Projekterfahrung)
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie sehr gute Kommunikation
