Senior Tech Recruiter (f/m/d)

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Senior Tech Recruiter to identify and attract top tech talents and convince them of xChange through an excellent candidate experience! Together, we will create a world-class recruiting machine to scale amazing teams and change an entire industry and do something good.

You’ll be joining a Series A startup of 120+ people which is planned to double until end of 2021 (we tripled in 2020 ). Hence, the ideal candidate thrives on fast-paced start-up environments, taking full ownership of their roles, creating a seamless pipeline, driving scalable recruiting processes, and building amazing teams.

Tasks

Your responsibilities in a nutshell

  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process for tech and product roles, from scorecards through to successful onboarding
  • Be a trusted sparring partner for our hiring managers to define hiring needs, processes and recruiting strategies
  • Source and attract A-Players through various channels, such as job boards, platforms, LinkedIn, GitHub and co.
  • Define sourcing strategies, build up seamless candidate pipelines and retain strong networks and talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Set new benchmarks for an outstanding candidate experience by listening to candidates’ feedback and ensuring smooth processes
  • Keep a close eye on numbers & strategically improve our tech recruiting e.g., exploring new hiring channels, optimization of stage gates etc.
Requirements

What we are looking for

  • A recruiter by heart with a self-starter attitude who loves to explore the most efficient, innovative but also unconventional ways to find top tech talents
  • 3+ years experience in tech recruiting, ideally in a high-performance or fast-growth startup environment
  • A solid understanding of requirements in tech recruiting – you grasp tech-savvy profiles quickly, and know the challenges and perks of the hiring process
  • A great communicator and a strong relationship builder – you know exactly how to excite people and identify their needs
  • You are empathetic, convincing and well-structured – you can keep a clear head even in wild times
  • An analytical mindset – you naturally analyze and identify ways to increase the efficiency of recruiting processes and develop effective hiring channels
