OUR HISTORY

Everstream’s power to deliver comes from the merger of two companies with unique capabilities and histories of groundbreaking innovation: Riskpulse and Resilience360.

Riskpulse was created in 2007 to help companies combat the growing challenges of weather-related business continuity challenges. In 2015 Riskpulse merged with Earthrisk, adding advanced environmental data science capabilities, and setting the foundation for our advanced predictive analytics that we deliver today.

Resilience360 was incubated in DHL’s Global Innovation Center in 2012 following global catastrophes in 2011 to help DHL’s clients be better prepared for and responsive to supply chain disruptions and has grown into the leading supply chain risk management platform.

In 2018 Columbia capital committed $21 million to the growth of Resilience360 through organic growth and acquisitions and in 2019 led the acquisition of Riskpulse with Greenspring Associates joining the associated funding round. DHL remains a major shareholder. The two companies, teams and solutions came together in 2020 and in 2021 were relaunched as Everstream Analytics.

Everstream Analytics is looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist in Germany! Reporting to the VP, People and Culture, the Senior People Operations Specialist will be the sole People Operations point of contact for our employees in Germany, the UK and Singapore (this is a fully remote group of ~40 employees today, but rapidly growing!). The Senior People Operations Specialist will provide day to day support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle and work with the VP, People and Culture to build a world class People and Culture function globally that can scale as Everstream grows and evolves.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the operational aspects of the full employment lifecycle for our employees in Germany, the UK and Singapore from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between
  • Serve as the sole People Operations point of contact in Germany, the UK and Singapore; answering employee inquires related to (but not limited to) onboarding, benefits, leave, payroll, accommodation requests, etc.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of localized people related policies and employee handbooks
  • Utilizing your understanding of local employment law, successfully manage and resolve complex employee related issues
  • Provide local support for major People processes and programs such as performance management, annual salary increases, employee rewards and recognition and employee engagement
  • Partner with your internal customers to understand gaps and challenges in current People processes and programs and use this information to drive future improvements
  • Be a role model of Everstream’s Core Values and serve as a member of our global Culture Warrior team, contributing ideas that will improve and enhance the employee experience
  • Working with the VP, People and Culture, support and manage projects that increase employee engagement and retention globally
  • Manage relationships with external benefit/vendor partners
  • Enter and maintain employee data/records in our HRIS system; run regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports for the People and Finance functions
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by the VP, People and Culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of Generalist experience in People Operations/Human Resources in a small, high growth organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge of German employment law. Knowledge of UK and/or Singapore employment law a plus!
  • Experience supporting employees in a fully remote environment is preferred
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • A service-oriented approach to People Operations and passion for providing an exceptional employee experience
  • Technically savvy / experience using and optimizing HR technology and tools (HRIS systems, talent management systems, etc – we use Namely, Lattice and Greenhouse here)
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, you find the things others miss
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage processes, projects, and deadlines independently
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees in a fully remote environment
  • An ownership mentality that sees all tasks and projects through to completion, working through any obstacles
  • Continuous improvement mindset that looks for opportunities to improve our People processes, tools and the employee experience.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work

What We Offer:

  • Salary: 70,000 – 75,000 EUR
  • 10% target bonus
