Amazon’s grocery delivery business Amazon Fresh is looking for a bright, customer obsessed, driven, and detail focused candidate to join our Marketing team as a Sr. Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in part-time (20-29 hours/week). The job is based in Munich.

This role requires an individual with outstanding business acumen and exceptional written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will be passionate about customer experience and have a strong understanding of marketing KPIs. You will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You should have a track record of managing marketing channels and customer feedback.

In this role you will work with a variety of interdisciplinary stakeholders from local and international teams. Thus, to achieve success in this role, you should have strong relationship management and organizational skills. You should also be comfortable picking up new technologies and digital tool skills in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you should be able to identify issues and create plans to find resolutions.

Further qualifications would be a plus:
  • Experience in financial analysis, product/project management, marketing, consulting or usability testing
  • Project management skills
  • A strong team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment
  • Planning, prioritization and time-management skills as well as attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior internal stakeholders like Finance, PR, HR and Customer Service
