What We Offer

Treasury Systems is at the heart of efficient financial risk management. We - Corporate Financial Controlling (CFC) - are responsible to maintain and develop the corresponding group-wide Treasury Management System (TMS-) Landscape and the therein reflected financial processes.

To strengthen our Team located at our Headquarters in Leverkusen, we are looking for a Senior Treasury Systems & Operations Manager (m/w/d), who wants to drive our digital strategy through smarter solutions for our treasury services.

Your Future at Covestro:
  • In your new role you will be responsible to maintain and further develop the TMS landscape and herby ensure the availability, resilience and efficiency of the provided treasury processes.
  • You will realize our digital strategy by design and technical implementation of new processes, in particular within group-wide projects in the focus area of system integration and automatization
  • As a subject matter expert you will act as a contact point for our internal and external stakeholders (software provider, auditors, regulatory authorities, etc.).
  • Furthermore, you will ensure that treasury activities are executed, captured and processed in a complaint and timely manner, i.e. fulfill daily operations regarding trade life cycle, system and user management.

What You Offer
  • You hold an university degree (pre. Master) in business informatics, IT or an equivalent education and appropriate professional experience within the management of treasury systems.
  • Additionally, you have a proven track record regarding the design and implementation of treasury services, in particular within international and/ or cross-functional projects.
  • Furthermore, you have in-depth TMS-knowledge (pref. FIS Quantum), including set-up and customizing and are familiar to financial instruments and their valuation.
  • You are experienced with programming/ scripting languages (SQL, Python, etc.) and (ideally) familiar to DevOps-techniques (Git, Deployment Automation, AWS).
  • You are an open-minded personality and an approachable team player who likes to bring in his entrepreneurial mindset within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken, round up your profile.
