Senior iOS Software Engineer | Private Search Engine & VPNs | 100% Remote (DE, FR, IR)

We are recruiting for Senior iOS Software Engineer to take on a seniorrole in a globally distributed team for a Private Browser & VPN provider. The company was founded by two Tech Entrepreneurs fromSilicon Valley who have built incredible careers in this domain and are launching the first public version of the Search Engine they developed in partnership with Microsoft’s Bing Team.

The business initially created a VPN which took the world by storm and led to the company’s organic growth after making! This is a great opportunity to work with a team of experts who have come from some of the leading tech companies in the world such as Microsoft, Google, Mozilla and others.

They are searching for a Senior iOS Software Engineer who will focus on defining and delivering the product roadmap, build new complex product features, and play an influential role in the growth of their iOS team in 2023. The responsibilities also ensure security, performance, and best practices.

You will be expected to explore the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies as part of their journey to dominate this market.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience building large iOS native applications.
  • Strong experience programming in SWIFT & Objective C
  • Ability to clearly solve complex technical, architectural, and organisational problems.
  • Good experience working with external APIs
  • Experience collaborating with android & other development teams
  • You are able to adapt to different environments.
  • Experience mentoring and onboarding other developers
  • Focus on clean-coding and development best practise
  • Experience publishing application in the App store
  • Experience with Cross platform development would be a plus
  • Experience or exposure building advertising or subscription features would be a plus
