Senior In-house Tech Consultant - S4 HanaPurpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs. The role acquires and utilizes the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. The adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies based on the context of the project and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches. Additionally, the Program Manager is capable to manage technology focused projects and understands software solutions or system architecture (e.g. SAP).

What You Can Expect

You will build roadmaps for S4 transformation for your respective project stream

You will establish business cases for the S4 transformation initiative

You will use and install new methodologies, cooperation models and new ways of working (e.g. Agile)

driving engagement directly with the business on the customer side

You will deliver S4 Hana related viable products, templates, complete products and pilots

You will define rollout strategies and partnering your customers with a rapid deployment approach

What We Are Looking For

+7 years of experience, ideally related to successful SAP S/4 full cycle implementations as project manager

Experience in working with stakeholder as well as in-depth knowledge of business processes, roadmap definitions, fit-gap analysis and change management.

Experience in managing large multiple projects, each project with multiple tracks

Experience with large scale SAP projects and accompanying knowledge in implementation and rollout programs.

Knowledge / certification of S4 Hana and/or Scrum Master / Agile Coach can be additional benefits that you bring with you.

PMP or comparable certification would be a plus

Pronounced ability not only to analyse but to connect the dots and think laterally

A growth mindset who is willing to try out new things and is not afraid to take ownership
