Senior Global Labelling Specialist (w/m/d)

Major Accountabilities:

  • Maintain core reference SmPC / core reference PIL of medicinal products in EU and CH reference markets.
  • Create and maintain CCDS, tracks deviations
  • Keep the CCDS up to date and in line with current scientific information
  • Prepare and update product labelling documents for all medicinal products in all Acino countries
  • Provide support to registration specialists, artwork specialists and other key internal/external stakeholders, ensure translations of the labelling documents
  • Ensure proper change control in Trackwise database.
  • Track the status of labeling related tasks and activities for dedicated portfolio and provide updates to the regulatory team.
  • Prepare and review SOPs, participate in shaping our labelling tasks

Your Profile:

  • Degree in life science (Pharmacy, human or veterinary medicine or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral) is a must; any further languages are an advantage
  • Proven experience in global labelling in pharma industry, understanding of labelling purpose and structure
  • Team player
  • Organized and thorough personality
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Attention to details
