Then apply now to become part of our Finance team as a (Senior) Finance Controller (f/m/d) for ProLeiT GmbH, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric. Our headquarter is in Herzogenaurach (maybe you have already heard about this city as the German national football team is also based here ;-)). We develop and supply automation solutions for global process industry players worldwide in segments such as brewing, beverage, food, bakery, dairy, pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical and chemical.

YourIMPACT
  • Support Finance director in the day-to-day operations to drive and challenge financial performance and compliance.
  • Lead month-end close along with quarterly forecast process, with the support of the junior controllers, with high quality and continuously improving efficiency with the use of digital tools.
  • Drive and optimizes the performance of the project business for our German entity, by identifying trends and action plans, as a co-pilot of business leaders.
  • Play a critical role in finance transformation global initiatives (including further digitization & automation) and reinforce the local finance integration into standard processes for a better efficiency and transparence of performance.

Your profile
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 5+ years’ experience in Finance, ideally in a project business
  • English and German (professional level), French or Spanish is a plus
  • Advanced user experience in ERP Systems (SAP) and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI/Tableau) or strong willingness to learn thanks to a good digital and data mindset

As an individual, we seek a proactive team player and change agent who excels in complex environments and comprehends the significance of stakeholder management. You possess excellent analytical skills and a strong drive to enhance efficiency through process improvements and digitization.
