Senior Field HR Business Partner (m/f/d)


  • Execute enterprise people strategies in collaboration with relevant HR functions and drive adoption of both business and HR initiatives locally.
  • Provide operational support for business change, identify challenges and recommend solutions in partnership with people leaders, employees, colleagues and other internal customers.
  • Coach and guide local leaders and provide responsive approaches to complex employee-relations matters by using broad local employment law knowledge.
  • Execute people processes (including but not limited to: onboarding, salary planning, talent development, performance and exit management) by leveraging workforce analytics and insights.
  • Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure local adoption and compliance and identify areas of risk; support projects at local, regional and global level.
  • Deal with Works Council committees and manage the relationship, as well as Works Council relevant topics.
  • Support Due Diligence and post- merger integrations with newly acquired companies.

  • University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Generally 10+ years of professional level Human Resources experience. Previous experience as a HR Business Partner required
  • Excellent communication and efficient problem solving skills, as well as consultative customer service competence, with the ability to influence, persuade and manage key relationships
  • Demonstrated, structured and efficient way of working, paired with strong project management skills and the ability to complete tasks, initiatives and projects accurately, compliant and on time
  • Profound expertise of local labor law and in-depth technical HR expertise with respect to employee relations, recruitment, compensation and talent management
  • Demonstrated proficiency with commonly used business and HR software applications, ideally in Oracle HR/ ServiceNow environment
  • Results-oriented and able to quickly grasp the big picture, using insights from business leaders, global HR colleagues and HR capability centers to provide recommendations to the business on the appropriate actions to take in a “commit and deliver” working style
  • Availabilty to travel regularily (up to 20%) to our German sites
  • German and English language on business level are a must have
