Position:(Senior) EPM Business Consultant (w/m/d)


Location: Frankfurt am Main or any big city in Germany (just ask)

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in consulting, in a large company with a focus on the CFO area or within FP&A/CPM/EPM/BI/Data Analytics
  • Understanding of organizational design and set-up of Controlling functions, covering HQ Controlling, CoE (centre of excellence) and the business partner role of finance
  • First experience in project management and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding in the area of digitalization of financial processes - especially in the FP&A area - and applicable market-leading tools and enablers (BW, SAC, S/4/CFIN Embedded Analytics, GR, BPC, …)
  • Insights in one of the following EPM / Business Intelligence solutions is a plus: SAP CPM, Blackline, OneStream, Anaplan or CCH Tagetik as well as experience with EPM solution architecture, data modelling and implementation
  • High affinity in dealing with MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as interest in modern tools such as MURALTM or Power BI
  • Willingness to travel
  • Analytical skills and precise working methods as well as an empathetic personality with clear objectives and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly motivated and willing to grow within a mentor-oriented corporate culture, carrying an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent team player who enjoys working in an inclusive environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in German and English, further languages are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of business metrics
