DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• Lead the Digital Rent transformation project, collaborating with product and operations teams to define an enhanced customer journey, providing a seamless rental experience that allows our customers to bypass the counter and save valuable time.
• Drive the evolution of service and operations processes at our branches in conjunction with operations teams, ensuring they align with the digital rental experience we aim to deliver.
• Direct a dedicated project team, overseeing multiple workstreams, establishing clear, measurable targets, and delivering results.
• Foster alignment with stakeholders across headquarters and, crucially, operations organizations in our corporate markets, actively participating in change management initiatives.

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You bring extensive project management and corporate development experience, e.g., from a top consulting firm.
• You demonstrate keen product intuition and customer empathy, allowing you uncover motivations, identify customer journey gaps, and craft solutions that consistently delight our customers.
• You have experience in digitally transforming service organizations, emphasizing a deep understanding of operations processes, strong business acumen, analytical prowess, and the ability to delve into performance metrics.
• You exhibit a hands-on mentality and willingness to immerse yourself in project details whenever necessary.
• You possess outstanding English communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
