Job Description
- You are responsible for leading automation and continuous X (integration, testing, delivery, ...) in the autonomous driving Ultrasonic project.
- You are an innovative and experienced DevOps engineer to help architect, build and operate the IT infrastructure for continuous integration (Jenkins-based) and continuous testing.
- You develop new concepts for software integration and variant handling in the L4 autonomous driving environment.
- Furthermore, you ensure continuous improvement of our development landscape and bring in new innovative approaches to boost the effectiveness and efficiency of our software engineers, including automation for all relevant steps from writing code to shipping software to our test vehicles.
- You are well-connected within the Bosch community and get news about the latest integration and automation strategies.
- You act in an international, diverse and interdisciplinary team and create a high value with your daily work by leading team members.
Qualifications
- Education: completed studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar
- Personality and Working Practice: flexible, responsible, communicative, pro-active, self-motivated and able to convince others, accountable, structured and analytical
- Experience and Knowledge: expert understanding in scripting languages, preferably Python and Bash, expert understanding in C/C++ and corresponding compilers (as GCC, Clang), ability to use version control mechanisms: Git, experienced working with software development teams doing DevOps (Jenkins, Groovy), knowledge about continuous X strategies, hands-on experience in agile methodologies is an advantage e.g. using Jira, knowledge of different operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Languages: good communication skills in English and preferably German
