Are you a seasoned User Experience (UX) or Product Designer with a passion for design processes and best practices? Do you excel at project management, problem-solving, and fostering cross-functional collaboration? If so, we are seeking a Design Operations Manager to join our team.As a Design Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, driving, and participating in UX research activities, integrating findings into design processes, and ensuring effective design solutions by utilizing user testing and validation methods. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution of our design system, refine and improve our internal design process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. You will manage a team of designers, if applicable based on seniority, and develop a strong design culture with a supportive environment, talent acquisition, and professional development.
Kindly note: this is a hybrid position (80% remote + 20% office) based in Bonn/Munich, Ljubljana or Amsterdam. We are only accepting applications from candidates based in Germany, Slovenia or Netherlands.

- Proven experience as a UX or Product Designer with deep knowledge and skill in interaction design and user experience design.
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies and experience integrating findings, as well as proficiency in user testing and validation methods to ensure effective design solutions.
- Proficiency in design processes and best practices, and familiarity with design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Confluence, Dovetail, and Productboard) and the associated design workflow.
- Data-driven approach for identifying and addressing design process inefficiencies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and excellent communication and presentation abilities for articulating design decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage teams and foster a positive design culture.
